In the last couple of years I’ve gone from overweight, unhappy and working jobs I hated, to a happy, content, oil-loving Sarah who’s a lot nicer to be around.

Essential Oils 101
What are essential oils?
Essential oils are pure extracts from the flowers, seeds, roots, bark and leaves of plants.
They’re 50 to 70 times more powerful than dried herbs, so a little bit goes a long way.
For example, the benefits from a single drop of peppermint oil are equivalent to drinking 28 cups of peppermint tea!
Essential oils are a safe, effective and affordable way to support you and your family’s health, happiness and wellbeing.
